Welcome to Thea Integrative Therapy, a space that will come to represent a safe container for self exploration, healing, and wellness. Here we welcome and embrace all people, and strive to amplify marginalized voices through emphasizing social justice, awareness of privilege, and uplifting cultural values with humility. We specialize in serving members of the LGBTQIA+ Community, those who identify as neurodivergent, relationship and gender nonconformists, members of the leather and kink communities, and those with complex trauma. We strive to create a nurturing container for clients to engage with their own self discovery, healing, and growth. I am especially passionate about exploring complex trauma through inner child healing, somatic resourcing, and connecting you to your emotional experience with gentle self compassion. Leading with connection, genuineness, and a sense of playfulness in order to create a space that is conducive to self exploration and enables the positive rewiring of learned maladaptive behaviors and patterning. We are eager to witness you in the messy trenches of self discovery and healing, as it is in these uncomfortable moments that growth occurs.
