Till quite recent times the only way for workers & labours to find jobs was through contractors, word of mouth, or walk-ins. TheIncircle understood the prevailing gap in the market and came up with a transparent, multi-lingual & easy to use platform which empowered the skilled workforce and gave the employers. TheIncircle is a pioneer in bringing an impact to the lives of thousands of industrial & construction workmen who otherwise heavily relied on the mercy of private contractors. With Mr. Narendra Modi’s ‘Skill India’ initiative by the end of 2022, the nation will have 40 crores of trained youth in market-related skills. But, till now there are very limited platforms available that address this gap. The Industrial & construction job scenario is still much unorganized with the middlemen taking undue advantage of the less educated lot. But, considering the increasing penetration of the internet in the tier-II cities & rural areas of India.TheIncircle came in with the first-of-its-kind online platform which brings together the employer and employees. With figures proposing that rural India will have more internet connections than the urban populace by 2025 the Indian rural population will have an obvious upper hand in the Industrial & construction job market. TheIncircle understood the gap present in the market which they were able to fulfill with technological advancements & the volume of region-specific classified data available to them.
