The company has the privilege of being the first listed Public Ltd. company on the SME platform of National Stock Exchange of India,'EMERGE'. “Thejo” is derived from the word "tejas", meaning ‘lustre/ radiant energy / fire’. In 1986-87, through a backward integration, the company established a state of the art Manufacturing setup to complement the needs of the business. This saw a systematic and continuous growth of the organisation, both in the Domestic and Global markets.
