Them Guy’s, LLC offers Estimating and Inspection Services. We have over 30+ years estimating/inspection experience in the construction, oil & gas and government industries. There may be times when you don’t have the manpower in-house to bid on RFQ’s vital to growing your business but cannot justify the cost of hiring a full-time employee. OR You may be just starting your business and need help with Estimating and/or Inspection services. We can help with either and offer the following: We offer Estimating services for the following: Take-offs BOM’s Pricing from Vendors and Sub-contractors Full Estimates in your program if needed We offer Inspections on your projects: Send us your specification Verification of materials and installation Quality and spec verification Verification of completion percentage We offer pricing in the following; Blocks of hours in increments of 10 hours per block (reduced hourly rate) per month on a monthly basis - use them as you need them each month – o no stipulation as to how hours are used within the month, i.e, use 25% the 1st week, 0% the 2nd week, 30% the 3rd week and the remainder the 4th week A flat hourly rate – for those times when just a few hours are needed Additional hours can be purchased as a block or at a flat hourly rate SATISFACTION BEGINS AND ENDS WITH THE CUSTOMER Your Estimating and Inspection Experts
