We build AIRA OS, a clinic operating system designed ontology-first. Legacy EMRs store text; AIRA defines meaning — every clinical entity, relationship, and code is structured from event zero, so AI can read it, reason on it, and run the clinic with you. Charting, scheduling, inventory, payroll logic, and analytics live in five joinable data layers instead of sixteen silos. Why us.
