Therapeutic Pilates

Pilates is a method of exercise that teaches your body and mind to perform precise, controlled movements, to transform how you feel. Let us help you move better and feel stronger! Specializing in one on one private sessions and small group classes. People come to Therapeutic Pilates to make a change, to make a commitment to feeling better inside and out. Be ready for movement and exercise to transform your posture, walking, sports and all your daily activities. Equipment includes Mat, Reformer, Springboard, Core Align, Cadillac, Wunda Chair and all the small Pilates props. We offer group classes in Mat, Reformer and Springboard. Private or semi private sessions can be on any of the afformentioned Pilates equipment. Private sessions are by appointment only. Sign up for group classes online with MindBody. All our instructors are Comprehensive Pilates Teachers and are or are working towards a Biomechanics Specialist or Post Rehab Specialist Certification. We also offer Pilates Teacher Training and continuing education as an affiliate studio of Body Harmonics.
