La’Tish M. Thomas, LCSW is the Owner of Therapy Healing Spaces and has been practicing in New York City for over 14+ years, providing psychotherapy in a variety of clinical settings including private practice and outpatient (community, home and school) treatment. Specialities include working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression and life transition and relational issues. Offering psychotherapy to individuals and couples. Therapy Healing Spaces was formed in 2021, made up of a Licensed Clinical Social Worker trained to support clients on their therapeutic healing journey. We support high achieving and professional black women in navigating the challenges of life and professional issues and help them learn tools to prioritize themselves. Our goal is to assist these women with the necessary tools to create a home/work/life balance and manage stressors that lead to anxiety, depression and challenging relationships. Acknowledging and honoring the various identities black women can hold is an important aspect of our approach to therapy.
