You can receive help with a range of mental health and wellbeing concerns, including: depression, anxiety, relationships, personal identity, and personal development. Specialist support available for those experiencing the impact of trauma, and sexual violence. I understand the importance of kindness, respect, and autonomy in supporting people to make positive change. Therapy Leeds welcomes all kinds of people, and is a LGBTQIA+ affirmative service. I aim to make private psychotherapy and counselling as accessible as possible, with the understanding that funding this support can be a barrier for many people.
