Nutrition Consultations in London & Online (English & French) With a background as a telecommunications engineer in London's tech industry, I witnessed how modern lifestyles often depend on nutrient-poor, low-quality foods. This realisation inspired me to embark on a career that aligned with my passion for health and helping others. In 2019, I transitioned into nutrition and enrolled at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) in London, completing a 3-year program in Health and Nutrition Education. These studies deepened my understanding of how nutrition forms the foundation of good health and how raising awareness about what we eat is essential to optimising our well-being. During consultations, I take an educational approach, empowering clients to understand the root causes of their symptoms and illnesses. Together, we analyse eating habits and create a tailored naturopathic nutrition plan designed to support long-term health and wellness.
