We are an attachment-based, trauma-informed practice in the heart of Calgary that believes in working with clients to create understanding around patterns in themselves and others. We want to provide clients the opportunity to get to the root of their difficulties, as opposed to short-term symptomatic relief. We believe in normalizing therapy, decreasing stigma, and creating an experience that feels like the ultimate form of self-care.
