ITEC level 5 Therapists providing therapy services for pain, injury, postural imbalances for sports professionals, weekend gym enthusiasts and the general public as sports massage is not just for sports professionals. Initial treatments include a consultation to deliver a treatment plan specific to your needs, then follow up with a 30, 50 or 80min session (savings can be had on treatment packages). Also trained as exercise professionals to help your rehabilitation and recovery and we also provide additional services including: Deep Tissue Massage, IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation), Manual Lymphatic Drainage Treatment, Dry Cupping, Osteopathic Articulation, Dry Needling, Acupuncture, Pregnancy Massage and Kinesiology Taping. We offer advice on postural imbalances, movement and can prescribe exercise and rehabilitation. Services provided by male and female therapists and the female therapist operates a ladies only clinic.
