Therness

Therness is a spin-off from Politecnico di Torino that develops real-time, AI-powered monitoring solutions for welding and manufacturing processes. Integrating thermal, visual, and audio sensing technologies with proprietary algorithms, our systems detect defects as they form, generating automatic alerts and traceable reports. Built for industrial environments, our product suite (HeatCore™, OmniSense™, DuoSense™, VisiCore™, SugarCube Cam™, etc.) covers robotized, additive, and manual welding applications. We serve sectors including automotive, energy, rail, heavy machinery, aerospace, and factory automation. Through 100% inspection and predictive quality control, we help reduce scrap, rework costs, and risk of latent defects. Want to see our systems in action?
