Thesis Painting has developed an organizational system based on client needs, business efficiency, and communication. This extends from the bidding room to the submittal packages to the punch list. At the inception of each project, all product data, certifications, MSDS sheets, and samples are scrutinized for accuracy. Any changes in specifications or applications are monitored, logged, and duly communicated. Ongoing performance is measured on a weekly basis as well as the performance of the team leader. The entire staff, including our painters, estimators, project managers, leads, and office personnel, participates in and sees these metrics.
