It doesn't mean that at all! It's when you meditate and start observing your thoughts, after a short while a space appears, between you the person observing the thoughts and the thoughts themselves. No longer are you lost in thought (stress, anxiety, doubt, fear), no longer are you, your thoughts. In a scientific sense you move out of the Beta brain wave frequency and into Alpha. Why is this significant? Alpha is a flow like state, linked to creativity, innovation, well being, intuition, resourcefulness, purpose, joy and it just feels amazing. it's very powerful!
