Formed as part of our constant endeavour to reinvent ourselves and to serve our customers better, we decided to merge our complete Automation, Energy and Sensors business under a single entity. This company is an amalgamation of three business units - Kontrelek Instruments (Autonics), Theta Controls (Process Instruments Division - Brainchild and Jaki products) and Cologicx Systems Pvt Ltd (energy-related test and measurement solutions). We believe in long-term partnerships with our customers to best meet their needs and requirements on an ongoing basis.
