Vianna Stibal developed the ThetaHealing technique in 1995 during her own personal journey back to health after developing a tumour in her leg. She began teaching it in 2006, after perfecting the technique on herself. The ThetaHealing technique is a meditation training technique utilizing a spiritual philosophy for improvement and evolution of mind, body and spirit.
