From the War on Terrorism to Hurricane Katrina and other peace time emergencies, THI has provided Best in Class consulting solutions to help strengthen our nation. How did staffing come to play such an important role? After 9-11, when record numbers of U.S. military personnel were deployed to the Middle East, the government relied on companies like THI for urgent provisional support in filling jobs at military installations across the country. Although staffing is only one of THI‘s many offerings, it‘s something we gained a reputation for doing exceptionally well, and helped us grow rather quickly from a small to medium-size business. THI is now emerging as a large company and, although our success has enabled us to voluntarily withdraw from the SBA/government 8(a) program, 8(a) contracts will continue through their terms, and not at option years. Staffing will continue to be one of our human resource solution offerings, but consulting is where we have our roots, and what really identifies THI.
