My favourite thing to do is support individuals and teams in times change and transition. I have over 25 years experience in industry, leading in HR, Learning, Talent and Performance. I have worked across multiple sectors and various scales of organisation. I am able offer expert advice, practical tools and techniques to support with a variety of leadership challenges. I specialise in talent and performance coaching, personal career transitions, team development and coaching skills for leaders. I can provide insight through quality psychometrics and strengths based tools. Enabling awareness and importantly driving actions that will enhance performance and achieve success. Through Think Coaching I also specialise in Executive Career coaching for female talent at all stages of their working lives. Supporting career changes, personal transitions in - out and back into the workplace, maternity, parental juggles, senior progression, business startups and those considering flexible or portfolio careers.
