As part of your Health and Wellbeing programme, I provide the right tools and environment for employees to take ownership of their own health & wellbeing and formulate their own personalised plan. I do this in the following ways: Workshops include, but are not exclusive to, managing stress & anxiety, general wellbeing, managing change, living with the unknown. 1:1’s are tailored to the individual, with the premise being to understand and be able to make positive changes where needed to improve mental and physical health. Such areas as anxiety, stress, relationships or past events may be discussed. Employees are given the confidence, knowledge and skills to assess all areas of their life to make the positive changes they need. To do this, I draw on my extensive experience as a Counsellor and Trainer in the addictions and mental health field, as well as my coaching in health & wellbeing. Whether it is a workshop or a 1:1 it is paramount that the employee has the chance to connect to what’s most important to them. Understanding what’s right for them on an individual level and having the confidence knowledge and skills to follow that through the changes we make are long lasting.
