Think Pink Women Taxi & Private Hire Drivers Alliance has been established by the Rosie May Foundation. All profits generated by Think Pink are used to fund the charity's mission to empower and support women across the world. Women Drivers We're here to help women take the driving seat! Driving a taxi or a private hire vehicle is a rewarding and flexible career well suited to women drivers. And yet today less than 2% of UK taxi / private hire drivers are women. Think Pink is addressing that challenge by recruiting, training and mentoring women drivers and placing them with our fleet partners. We're here to support our members throughout their driving career and create and inclusive community of women taxi / private hire vehicle drivers. Women Passengers We offer women passengers the option to choose a vehicle driven by a woman driver. Fleet Partners Our pilot fleet partner is DG Cars, Nottingham's number 1 provider of business travel to the private and public sector covering Nottingham, Derby, Mansfield, Newark, Kirkby in Ashfield, Bristol Airport, Cambridge, Leeds and Bradford.
