The goal of ThinkBIG Consulting (Pty) Ltd is a culmination of all the work and life experiences gained from the Founder Johan van Eeden over the last 25 Years starting in 1993 at the CSIR being the Biggest Research Centre in South Africa to Factory Manager at the most Advanced Ceramic Manufacturing Factory in South Africa to be shared to all companies and individuals wanting to make improvements to their operations and circumstances. ThinkBIG Consulting’s main aim is to apply the Plan, Do, Check, Act (PDCA) cycle in all it’s projects and activities to ensure continuous improvement in any customer’s process or area. ThinkBIG Consulting have the following divisions : 1) ISO Quality Management Implementation, 2) Company Process Improvements, 3) Risk Based Thinking 4) Project Management, 5) Property Investing - and Asset Protection Coaching.
