Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) – Sustainability development across all levels of business with a focus on environmental impact, improving cost and transformation. o Converted 100T annual plastic hanger waste into reuse/resupply/recycle program while saving $250K USD. o Developed Bio material (biodegradable & compostable) replacement for poly bags in multiple businesses. o Innovate shipping cartons to optimize space, improve reuse and convert to picking bays. o Product development and sourcing of recycled/recyclable yarns and fabrics. o Sustainability and Eco-Vendor development and sourcing beyond Ethical & Social Compliance.
