We source the highest quality beef, pork, and poultry available, all from the finest breeds, raised humanely, using traditional methods without the use of antibiotics or growth hormones. Our seafood is selected daily for freshness, and we only serve varieties recommended by the Monterey Bay Aquarium's Seafood Watch. Most of our other ingredients are locally grown, organic, or artisan produced, not only to protect the environment and support producers whose values are aligned with ours, but also to serve the most wholesome and delicious food possible.
