Tasty Greens serves up fast healthy food with perfectly crafted salads, wraps, grain bowls, and more. The thirsty Monk Brewery focus on Belgium Styles and even offers a Monk Lite for those watching their calories. Then there's our Holy Water concept, Asheville's only house-made Seltzer crafted like distinguished Cocktails. Can't mention cocktails without thinking of our Top Of The Monk location downtown, one of Asheville's first cocktail bars situated on a gorgeous rooftop. Then, of course, our lovely brew pubs located downtown Asheville and in Biltmore Park.
