Biggz is a producer, audio engineer, and entrepreneur based in Norfolk, VA. His career in the music industry started at the age of 12, when he founded a rap group called The Street Team. Later on, Biggz opened a studio in Virginia Beach called Black Vinyl Recordings, where he recorded major artists such as Gucci Mane, Rick Ross, Lil Boosie, Earthgang, and Moneybagg Yo. This entrepreneurial endeavor allowed his audio engineering career to skyrocket, landing him a full-time position at Thomas Crown Recording Studios owned by super-producer Timbaland. In May of 2020, Biggz’s engineering work with EarthGang and J.I.D. caught the attention of BeatStars, and he has since entered a joint publishing venture with BeatStars and SONY/ATV publishing. Biggz’s future goals include providing guidance to developing artists in the competitive music business. To accomplish this, he has begun offering valuable services such as label meeting bookings, consultations, and music marketing to help artists grow their brand.
