Introducing Thomas-Koziarski Consulting: Your Trusted Partner in Contract & Claim Management Since 2007, Thomas-Koziarski Consulting has been providing expert contract and claim management services to clients on over 110 projects in over 20 countries in Europe and Africa. Our experience encompasses a diverse range of sectors: • Transportation infrastructure: roads, railways and metros; • Civil infrastructure: airports, bridges and tunnels; • Energy: dams and hydro power plant, gas powerplants and pipelines; and • Commercial: shopping centers and buildings. Founded by Frank Thomas and Stanislaw Koziarski, our journey began in Poland, supporting both domestic and international clients. In 2014 with the addition of Milan Peric we expanded our footprint into Southeast Europe and further south into Africa. Fast forward 17 years we have established offices in 4 different countries: Poland (Opole), Serbia (Belgrade), Hungary (Budapest) and Romania (Bucharest).
