Thompson & Sitz Construction Inc. is a privately owned framing construction company founded in Our experienced project managers set us apart from other framing contractors. The knowledge and training they possess allow us to complete projects with great quality craftsmanship while finishing on schedule and accident-free. In addition to field framing, we operate a facility in Colorado Springs to produce wall panels not only for our projects but for other builders as well. We also have the equipment and know-how to build custom stairs. Apart from our construction business we operate a reload facility to receive and ship rail cargo from the heart of Colorado Springs.
