Helping others in the transportation field navigate processes to improve safety, support economic development and provide transportation options as an independent advisor. Services include- Turning transportation needs identified in safety studies, traffic impact studies and corridor plans into fundable and buildable projects- Forming and strengthening connections with public and private transportation partners- Mentoring agencies and employees on project and program delivery based on over 30 years of lessons learned in the industry- Communicating project needs and benefits by translating engineering studies for conversations with local officials and the public.
