Thongchak Manning Limited is a Thailand based company who provides high-quality maintenance riding crews to international vessels. The services are provided at the best quality guaranteed by all the procedures and training required by ILO and MLC 2006 to assure our standard of services and customer satisfaction. All of the crew members are medically screened and are qualified for both locally and internationally registered vessels. Founded in March 2003 by the Chairman of Thai Marine School; Vice Admiral Pairoj Santivejakul of the Royal Thai Navy, TCM has been successful in supplying ship owners and ship management companies with Thai crews that have demonstrated a high degree of professionalism and customer satisfaction in the services they provided. As a formal Commandant of the Royal Thai Naval Academy who had had a strong determination to improve the maritime industry of Thailand, he decided to focus on crew personnel at rating level to be specific. VADM. Pairoj wanted to improve the living condition and quality of life of Thai people who live along the coastlines and have the potential to make use of it with education and proper guidelines. For this reason, he started Thai Marine School to produce qualified seafarers to work on vessels and Thongchak Manning Company was established to increase job opportunities for Thai seafarers to work on both local and international vessels. Thongchak Manning currently services vessels from all continent i.e. Europe, Africa, Asia, North America, South America, and Australia and employs more than 450 of crews in the labor pool.
