We also offer our clients projects on a “Cost Plus” basis, the client will appoint Thorn Construction to manage the project and the payments for materials, labour and sub—contractors will be handled by the client directly. This option gives the client an additional saving on the markups of materials and labour. Our site staffing structure allows us to have two senior managers and one site manager available on all sites at any given time. This process allows us to have additional controls on the construction processes and it gives us more accuracy and a better end product in terms of attention to detail.
