Situated under Helm Crag in Grasmere, the heart of the Lake District. Thorney How offers flexible guest accommodation with up to 42 beds in 11 rooms. Independent owned and family run, we offer simple B&B rooms including 7 en-suite rooms in the main house as well as 4 bunkhouse rooms with bunk type beds. Enjoy a local draught beer in our fully licensed walkers bar, or a freshly prepared meal made with local produce such as Cumberland Sausages and our own Sticky Toffee Pudding. With the backdrop of magnificent fells, adjacent to the Coast to Coast path, local village amenities and lake, the tranquil location provides the perfect place from which to explore everything Lakeland has to offer. Available for training days, weekends away, family celebrations or just a visit to the lakes with friends.
