Thoth Infrastructure is targeting the next generation of infrastructure projects – where design and user experience play an important role in the award of the project. Our first sector focus is the redevelopment of railway stations. While India has had successful projects in roads and power, projects that emphasize good design and complex project structuring have not taken off or have taken way too long to get awarded and built. Our aim to bring a practitioners’ real world experience in helping to first structure the project appropriately and then design, develop, finance, construct, operate and maintain these next generation of projects (airports, bus terminals, railways, mixed use.
