Thousand Hills Company is a creator of new home communities. Launched by a team of lifelong friends with vast experience in real estate, investing, entrepreneurship and venture capital, Thousand Hills Co began with a single community in March 2020. Today our portfolio features more than a dozen communities with a pipeline of homesites across 450 acres throughout the Greater Chattanooga Area. And we are just getting started! We envision our work as a restorative effort between people and this beautiful planet, allowing the human spirit to thrive and connect with others and the land around it.
