Three J Youth

Three J Youth is a nonprofit organization registered as a 501(c)3, committed to mentoring at-risk youth in Nevada. Our primary objective is to provide substantial and supported mentorship programs that serve as powerful catalysts for young individuals. We firmly believe that mentorship acts as a gateway and incentive for youth to pursue education, career aspirations, self-empowerment, guidance, meaningful relationships, and access to essential resources. These elements enable them to take concrete steps towards becoming self-sufficient, fulfilled, and productive members of society. Today, we are actively seeking to expand our programs to encompass the juvenile detention system, family court intervention programs, school systems, and other recreational centers throughout Nevada. By contributing to our cause, you will be helping us develop an even greater impact on our youth, potentially making it the most significant impact we have achieved to date. Through our mentoring initiatives, we are determined to assist young individuals in identifying their goals and taking lifelong steps to achieve them. We genuinely believe and acknowledge that our actions, rather than our opinions, have a profound effect on children. This understanding is the driving force behind our essential Youth Campaign. Teachers across Nevada have expressed concerns about the lack of student engagement, resources, relationships, and motivation within schools. In today's society, the significance of our future often goes unnoticed, with the "living for today" mentality taking precedence among our youth. However, living for today should not be synonymous with selfishness. On the contrary, as we live in the present, we must exhibit a determination to ensure that the next generation of adults is fully equipped for success. What sets us apart is our unwavering dedication and strong community relations, which we have cultivated for over seven years.
