Firstly, it symbolises what we believe all good healthcare should aim to achieve: 1. Prevention of injuries before they occur 2. High quality, evidence based, individualised treatment 3. Ongoing management of conditions/injuries to improve quality of life and enjoyment. That's why we have implemented a number of systems: We only offer 1 on 1 treatments so our focus is 100% on you during your appointment, we have follow up phone calls after your initial visit, we provide personalised management plans detailing your diagnosis, prognosis, causative factors, and a treatment plan and we provide a tailored exercise program with Physitrack for you to follow along with at home.
