Threes Physiyoga Method (TPM) is a women-owned company that provides an online, science-backed lifestyle of healthy movement by injecting physical therapy into the moving mindful medium of yoga. TPM offers telehealth solutions for recovery and longevity to a global community of like-minded individuals from all walks of life, to achieve their full potential in health and wellness in a safe and trusted environment. We are the creator and leader of a physiyoga method and training since 2015. Our online studio opened in May, 2021. They lack access to- reliable and trusted knowledge, information, tools - quality teachers, providers, resources - true accessibility, with barriers of healthcare, cost, time, geography We address this gap by creating an online platform with intelligent, innovative content by our network of trained movement professionals. We offer trusted resources, self-empowerment, sustainable solution, easy access, and longevity.
