ThreeZero12 is an outdoor, adventure and fitness company based in St Austell Cornwall. We have 2 dedicated on sight studios where we work either 1:1 or with small groups. As well as offering bespoke adventure, sport and well-being events The Movement room - this is our Yoga, Pilates and Sport Massage studio. Here we specialise in pre and post injury rehabilitation, pre and post natal fitness and building a regular Pilates and Yoga practice The Performance Room - this is divided into two parts. One side is a personal training studio. Here we focus on sport, performance, challenge and lifestyle training programs. On the other side is our Bicycle mechanic workshop. This is here for any bike servicing needs
