Thrive Autism Coaching

Neurodivergent people experience, interpret, and interact with the world in unique ways that are different, not less. Because the world is not designed for them, daily life is often more difficult due to neurological differences that influence communication, sensory processing, executive functioning, and learning. Despite their many strengths, they often end up with chronic frustration and an alphabet soup of diagnoses that leave them feeling broken. As a coach to both neurodivergent teens/adults and their parents, I help turn that around through self-understanding, goal setting, and skill-building to help them thrive. I’m part teacher, part mentor, part cheerleader, and part accountability partner.
