Thrive Care Home Consulting LLC provides consulting services to help our clients get licensed to open group homes in Virginia and Maryland. We also create personalized and customized policy and procedure manuals that are specific to a state's rules, standards and regulations for homes in Kentucky, Ohio, New Hampshire, Illinois, Virginia, and Maryland. Plus, we offer a sizeable list of operations forms that come free with these manuals. Our manuals are developed based on a state’s current requirements for group homes for adults with intellectual disabilities (ID) and/or developmental disabilities (DD). Furthermore, if a state's surveyor requests revisions, our staff will make them free of charge per the manual project's contract. Using our expertise, along with our three affiliate companies, we proudly have a combined experience of more than 20 years in the personal care industry, which includes licensing group homes, personal care homes and home care agencies. Our deep experience also includes operations and employee management, customer service, marketing, and building strong, effective systems. In short, we take the guess work out of the licensing process for non-medical residential group homes.
