Alongside PRO, we offer Wellbeing Clinics, confidential 40 minute one to one sessions with mental health professionals. Each session is remote, accessible and focused on practical strategies for daily life and work. We also run Group Sessions that bring teams together to build shared resilience and foster psychologically safe, supportive workplace cultures.
