Thrive Law provides expert, lawyer-led outsourced HR and employment law support underpinned by the lived experiences of its lawyers. Thrive puts mental health and wellbeing, ED & I, and neurodiversity at the forefront of everything it does, because its lawyers understand the importance of creating psychologically safe spaces where everyone can be their best and truest selves. As a result, Thrive is recognised by The Law Society, the SRA, and ACAS for its progressive values. Launched in 2018, the SRA-regulated law firm provides advice on the full range of employment law issues to employees, including TUPE; whistleblowing; consultancy agreements; unfair dismissal and constructive unfair dismissal; discrimination; settlement agreements; contracts of employment; and Employment Tribunals. As a provider of HR support to employers, Thrive delivers a personalised, ongoing support service and is always on-hand to provide advice. The firm prepares bespoke correspondence and forms; reviews employment contracts and handbooks; provides employment law and knowledge updates; organises and delivers seminars and webinars; reports to and liaises with insurers; oversees pre-employment claim negotiations between the relevant parties; advises on redundancy programmes; and carries out stress risk assessments. With its focus on ED & I, mental health, wellbeing and neurodiversity, Thrive serves as a close strategic consultant and assists with identifying objectives, achieving leadership and staff engagement, planning, execution, and measurement, all with the aim of enabling progressive organisations to creative a positive environment where people can prosper. Central to this work are Thrive’s training courses and coaching for leaders, managers and their teams.
