We are redefining mental health, in order to prevent mental ill-health, by bringing awareness to, and educating, adults on how to enhance their mental, emotional, and relationship health through thought change. We do this by hosting community conversational gatherings, crafting and disseminating mental health messaging, creating and distributing culture-shifting content via social media platforms, producing products and written educational materials, creating virtual and in-person training resources, and developing innovative practices to normalize and promote mental health.
