I want to help you understand why you are where you are and how to get to where you want to be. Change can be hard and uncomfortable but it's also an inevitable part of our human experience and a driver of growth and resilience. Sometimes it's a choice, sometimes it's forced upon us. Either way, it's important to have the skills to adapt and move on when needed. My goal with my coaching practice is to get you as close as possible to "deep health"- health and balance in every dimension of your life: physical, emotional, environmental, mental, existential and relational. Because humans and our existence are a sum of how we experience each of these aspects and their overlap. I want to coach people as "a whole" in lives that are lived as "a whole".
