e-Learning Cooking Academy specialized in French Cuisine. Our courses suit individual as well as companies, amateurs as well as professionals. You can learn at your pace, whenever you want, whatever the device with our pre-recorded videos, recipe cards and academic textbooks. We can manage team-building sessions in blended mode or in remote. For a full culinary experience, we recently developed our own French fine pastries and have opened our own pastry shop at Royal Square@Novena- the Macaron8, based on Macarons, shaped as digit 8 for a fusion between French and Chinese culture - Le Ti Yan, a big macaron shaped as our logo, the wheel of Fortune - the Cannelés, baked in their traditional copper moulds - Sea-calted Caramel and provide a link on the boxes to access the recipes and allow our customers to make them at home!
