Jimmy & Tim are proud to say 2025 marks the 30th anniversary for Tibbs Paving and our 43rd year working together. If you have followed our history, we met in 1982 working for a local Virginia paving outfit. A mutual respect for the others work ethic and commitment to best practices brought us together. First as co-workers and now as friends and business partners. We remain like-minded and hands on after 43 years in the industry. That kind of staying power deserves a look.
