Time, Scope and Cost (Budget) are the main constraints of project management. The project management triangle is often used to illustrate that project management success is measured by the project team's ability to manage the project, so that the expected results are delivered to the desired quality level produced while managing time and cost. I am able to execute in a role as project manager or business analyst for software implementation projects.
