Established in 1991, TICA is a high-tech enterprise that integrates R&D, production, sales & service, and specializes in clean environment & the energy utilization. As one of the top four brands in commercial HVAC Industry in China, TICA has a national network of 5 production sites in Nanjing, Tianjin, Guangzhou, Chengdu and Kuala Lumpur, 8 factories and over 70 sales and service offices around the world. TICA's product range includes centrifugal chillers, screw chillers, VRF units, AHUs and ORC low-temperature waste heat power generation system, serving more than 50 countries and regions in the world. TICA provides 5-year warranty on chillers, air-side products and commercial VRF units. TICA has been exceeding customers’ needs in a wide range of industries including metro, stadium, exhibition center, automobile manufacturers, pharmaceuticals, hospitals, microelectronics, hotels, and municipal engineering etc. Our Nanjing-based HQ has invested RMB600 million to build Phase I R&D and manufacturing base, which is the highest level in China. It is state-recognized enterprise technological center which owns enterprise academician workstation and postdoctoral workstation. Since the work stations have passed the assessment of CNAS, it is also a public service platform for state-level R&D. TICA is making ceaseless efforts to achieve higher quality by implementing the "Ten-Year Quality Enhancement Plan". TICA introduces basic 5S management system and Inamori Kazuo's Amoeba management method from Japan, and well integrates it with ACE operating system from UTC. In 2019, TICA Climate earned RMB 3.73 billion of sales revenue (YOY increase of 10.35%) and ranked ninth in market share. Sales revenue of TICA (including TICA Thermal Energy and SMARDT) reached RMB 6.3 billion.The market share of TICA air-side product in China is 14.7%, ranking first for two consecutive years. TICA's AHUs have become best-sellers in Chinese market for 9 consecutive years.
