TiE Mangaluru primary objective is generate and nurture the next generation of entrepreneurs in the Silicon Beach of India. TiE was founded in 1992 in California, USA by a group of successful entrepreneurs, corporate executives, & senior professionals. Over the last 25 years of existence TiE Chapters around the world have dedicated to the virtuous cycle of wealth creation and giving back to the community. The Silicon Beach ecosystem (coastal Karnataka region comprising Dakshina Kannada, Udupi and Uttara Kannada districts) is home to 225+ technology companies, including startups. The region has 25+ engineering colleges graduating engineers every year. The region has 15+ incubation centres supporting 125+ startups. There are 100+ technology companies employing generating over crore in revenue per annum. TiE Mangaluru conduct monthly startup clinics, monthly workshops and AMA sessions by seasoned entrepreneurs, quarterly investor connects, quarterly product showcases and annual event. Seasoned entrepreneurs or professional can become Charter Members and help build the ecosystem while new aspiring entrepreneurs can become Associate Members and get mentored by the Charter Members.
