Goals & Objectives TiE Global is a nonprofit venture devoted to entrepreneurs in all industries, at all stages, from incubation, throughout the entrepreneurial lifecycle. With a global reach and a local focus, the heart of TiE efforts lies in its five foundational programs, – Mentoring, Networking, Education, Funding, and Incubation. Several members have formed startups while at TiE, and are now charter members giving back to the community. TiE’s ultimate goal is to foster entrepreneurship, creating wealth for both the entrepreneur and the local communities. TiE Vadodara Objectives Mentoring for supporting Entrepreneurship Network with other TiE chapters and members across the world Build an eco-system connecting the entrepreneurs and investors Drive the social entrepreneurship in the region in association with Vadodara Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Federation of Gujarat Industries, Central Gujarat Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Baroda Management Association, BNI, EXIM Club etc. Developing an interface to support entrepreneurship through a platform of guidance by leading entrepreneurs to budding entrepreneurs Funds support: Venture funds can serve as lifeline for entrepreneurs with innovative concepts and will to transform concept to project, through this platform TiE Vadodara will act as a facilitator for bringing venture funds to the region. Second line of leadership: second generation of entrepreneurs are critical in taking prestigiously built up businesses to a new peak, however there is a need of linking the family developed businesses to new technologies and market trends for cutting the competition and reaching the desired growth. TiE Vadodara can serve as the connecting bridge amongst these young generation of entrepreneurs. Exposing and promoting entrepreneurship among students (collaborating with Institutions and its incubators in the region) TiE Vadodara aims to support not only start-ups but also help the existing small and micro units to scale up.
