Tieme Ndo

Over eighty percent (80%) of farmers in Northern Ghana own land, but that land is not as productive as it could be. The average farmer who grows corn, harvests less than 1/5th of the potential yield. Low crop yields continue to plunge many rural families into severe hunger and poverty, where the poverty incidence is as high as 68%. Tieme Ndo is a social enterprise that provides rural farmers with farm inputs, training & extension services and facilitate market linkages to help them improve their crop yields and earn more income. Farmers who participate in our programs typically more than double their crop yields. Our goal is to support more than farmers to become financially stable by 2033.
